Eco shield pest solutions is the worst company! Their customer service is awful. Very unaccommodating. Their bimonthly service sends people out that won’t go in the back yard with dogs when no one is home. But their annual inspectors will go in the back yard with dogs. They send you a notification that they are scheduling you to come out and due the annual inspection and if you need to reschedule call their number. The supervisor gets on the phone and states that this service can’t be rescheduled. I just cancelled their service. Don’t use these guys. HORRIBLE

Frank did a great job with a special rodent inspection at my rental house. Not being at the property myself can pose to be challenging when maintenance issues arrive. Frank made it easy by communicating by both phone call and text. He immediately sent me thorough images of the evidence of rodents, followed up with a phone call explaining the situation along with an estimate by email to fix it. He offered a detailed explanation of what the initial service covers and was transparent about possible future costs for maintenance. I feel in good hands with Ecosheild!

I greatly regret working with this company. They have been harassing me via text messages and emails after they failed multiple times to arrive to my appointments they’ve set up. I tried very hard to communicate with a higher up regarding this and was basically treated with no customer service. They have you sign a contract which holds no merit due to the legality of contracts and how you need to have legal rep present when doing so. The company also has an automated foreign call service that gathers information and fails to share it with their home office. You then get another call from the home office to go over everything once more. Then come time for your appointment you’d have to be there at your property and they always show up at their time(which is way late or too early) and never when they’ve advised for a window to spray. At first I was signed up with the promise it was a natural plant and harmless finding out there’s no such thing and it’s actually a pesticide. I would save the trouble of going with this service. It doesn’t really work and we had multiple redo’s as bugs kept coming back. I would really appreciate the harassing to stop as well.

Once they come they are responsive however, I tried to reschedule an appointment and could not get a good number. I left a message and they came anyway. I saw that Vontre came and did the work but I had some things I wanted to point out like wasps nests starting again that were not dealt with. He also could only do the front yard as I was unable to meet him! Although there was no response to my service in September, Joe came out today (Nov) and did a very nice job. I was also happy with the thorough work that was done with my subterranean termites. This company overcharges for work and there needs to be better customer service communication but the people doing the actual work seem to be good employees.
